Method:
Cut the bread into pieces and soak with coconut milk, if necessary add half cup of water.
Saute in the hot oil coriander seeds, add onions, tomatoes, tomato extract, green chilly, salt, black pepper and small shrimps.
Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat, add soaked bread.
then blend into thick paste.
Saute garlic add large shrimps and cook for 2 minutes then add blended paste and rest of the ingredients.
Heat just before serving, serve with jasmine rice sauteed with garlic and green salad.
