Dried fruits snack

Most of the dried fruits can be bought in supermarkets. Any dried fruit can be substituted for any other. Nuts are good for health, they are high in healthy fats, proteins and fibers.

Almonds and pistachios should be chopped. Chopped roasted almonds can be bought in market.

Method:
Mix all dried fruits.

Blend the dates and figs in a fine paste in a food processor.

Remove it in a large glass container, microwave for two minutes stir it well and add all dried mixed fruits.

Kneed with hands to mix evenly.

Either spread the mixture in a greased pizza plate or make into rolls.

Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly or shake each roll in poppy seeds

Keep it aside or refrigerate for a few hours and cut into desired pieces.
