Roasted Peanuts

These peanuts are extremely delicious, try to buy the large variety of peanuts. After roasted it comes out almost similar to Indian khari sing. To add to the taste add a tea spoon of rosemary to the boiling water. I usually use black salt. Store in an air tight container.

Method:

Rinse the peanuts in warm water.
Add salt, mix well. Leave it aside for half hour or more.
mix frequently, approximately 3 to 4 times.
Spread on microwave plate evenly.
Spread the peanuts in a microwave plate evenly.
Microwave for approximately 9 minutes on power level 100, depending on microwave.
Every 2 minutes mix the peanuts,
when a few of them starts popping.
Take out a few peanuts from microwave and split them longitudinally.
If it they have changed the color, they are done.
Leave the peanuts in microwave till they cool down.
Store in a tight container after peanuts are at room temperature
