Mung or green gram (Moyashi) Salad

If one does not have experience with pressure cooker cooking, mung can be soaked and cooked on a stove or in a slow cooker, checking once in a while.

Method:
Add water and washed mung into the pressure cooker.

Cook for 5 minutes open the pressure cooker after it has completely cooled down.

Mung should be just cooked, drain off if there is some water.

Leave cooked mung in the refrigerator.

Before serving garnish it with the rest of ingredients, mix and serve.
