Method:
Marinade fish and shrimps with garlic, salt and black pepper, refrigerate.
In a large deep pan pour cooking oil, when hot add cilantro seeds, onions and olive oil mix and cook till onion becomes transparent.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste, cook covered till tomatoes are well cooked.
Fifteen minutes before serving heat the mixture on medium heat. Add rest of the ingredients except coconut milk, Fish and Shrimps.
Add fish, cook 3 minutes on each side (if fresh), if defrosted cook till tender.
Add shrimps before fish is just cooked.
After the shrimp is cooked, add coconut milk mix and reduce heat to medium low, cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Do not bring to boil.
