Personaly I do not to use food colors in my cooking, but if prefered can be used a few drops of red food color while marinating chicken. Anypart of chicken with bones can be used to make tandoori chicken.
Method:
Clean chicken thighs, remove fat and wash them.
Place all the ingredients in a blender flask except chicken, blend into a thick paste.
Pour on chicken mix and poke chicken thighs with fork.
Refrigerate for minimum 10 hours or over night.
Put chicken with all the sauce in a baking tray
Bake in preheated oven at 400F (200C) for 40 minutes or grill it in charcoal grill.
