Method:
Roast separately, coriander and cumin seeds on medium heat.
Roast Coriander seeds for approximately 20 minutes and cumin seeds 10 minutes.
After the seeds have completely cooled down grind them, separately, in a coffee grinder into fine powder.
Mix both the powders and oil together mix well.
Store in a tight container.
Can be used in any vegetable and meat dishes, add after the food is cooked.
